Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times: We ship across the United States. Standard delivery arrives in 5-10 business days total (1-3 days processing plus 4-7 days transit). Delivery estimates are not guarantees; customs handling, carrier backlogs, and peak seasons can add time.

Where your order ships from: Shadow & Specter is a small independent brand. Our pieces are produced and dispatched by our overseas production partner and flown direct to you, which is how we keep prices where they are. We do not hold stock in a US warehouse, and we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you with a tracking number from abroad.

Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is $8.95. Orders over $40 qualify for FREE standard shipping — no code needed.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show its first scan, which is normal for international air freight and does not mean your order is lost.

Multiple Items: Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
