► How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. U.S. standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days total. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

► Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

► What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $8.95. U.S. orders of $40 or more qualify for free standard shipping; no code is needed.

► What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Items must be unworn or unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back; authorized returns receive instructions and an address.

► When will I receive a refund?

After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

► Can I cancel or modify my order?

Contact us immediately if you need help with an order. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but orders already in processing or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

► My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging, where applicable, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
