Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@shadowandspecter.com. Please do not send an item back before your request has been reviewed and approved. We may request photographs, order information, or other reasonable details to evaluate the request. If a return is authorized, we will provide the approved return instructions and address. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@shadowandspecter.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but orders that have entered processing or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have after your return is accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your authorized return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@shadowandspecter.com.
